Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, equity and inclusion are critical to the long-term viability of arts and culture. Outstanding artists, projects and organizations are ones that reflect and serve their communities. I am committed to collaborating with individuals of any background, culture, race, colour, gender identity, national origin, age, religion, creed, ability, sexual orientation, first language, size, or socio-economic status. Let's work together to tell enriching stories and share meaningful experiences.

ABOUT ME

Theatre is my passion and my life's work. With over 25 years in the industry, I am a motivated professional with a positive state of mind, goal and solution oriented, community-minded, and a people person. A great team player as well as a strong leader. Driven by the belief that a good and meaningful process breeds the best results. Terrific sense of humour. I love to inspire and to be inspired. My work focuses primarily on "small" organizations that make a big impact. Community is everything.
